120 grams of sourdough bread (50% wholemeal flour)
100 grams of lean beef shoulder pastrami
100 grams of low-fat turkey pastrami
2 cherry tomatoes
2 gherkins
5 grams (teaspoon) pesto
3 grams (half a teaspoon) Sriracha
Method

Cut the tomatoes and gherkins into thin slices
Spread the sauces on the bread
sprinkle the vegetables
Arrange the sausages
Close the toast and wrap in baking paper
