To fill
200 grams of ground chicken breast (you can also finely chop chicken breast with a knife)
60 grams of finely grated carrot (one small carrot)
40 grams of fried onion without oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of granulated garlic
1 pinch of monosodium glutamate (optional)
3 grams of sesame oil (a drop, just for the aroma)
3 grams of black sesame (optional)

Method
Check off steps while cooking so you keep the flow.
Mix the ground chicken, grated carrot, fried onion, soy, salt, crystalline garlic, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and black sesame in a bowl, until the mixture is uniform and sticky.
Fill a flat plate with water and pass one sheet of rice paper in the water on both sides for just one second, until it starts to soften.
Place the page on the work surface and arrange a quarter of the filling in one row along the page.
Roll into a tight roll, fold the sides in, and repeat the operation with the other pages.
Cut each roll with scissors into evenly sized bites and arrange in the air fryer basket at intervals.
Bake in an air fryer at 200°C in air fry mode, between 10 and 15 minutes, until the rolls are golden and crispy. Fan mode is selected in the oven.
Serve immediately with low-calorie spicy mayonnaise for dipping.
