Small tips that make a difference
- Cut the chicken into even cubes so everything cooks at the same rate.
- Spray with oil before baking — that is what creates the crunch without frying.
- Add the sauce only at the end, otherwise the coating softens.
Frequently asked questions
- How much protein is in a serving?
- About 69g of protein per serving — one of the highest protein dishes on the site, with no deep frying.
- Is the sauce really sugar free?
- Yes, the sauce is built on a sweetener instead of sugar, so it keeps the sweet chilli flavour without the calories.
- How do I keep it crispy?
- Serve immediately after tossing in the sauce. If preparing ahead, keep the sauce separate and combine before serving.
