1 unit A large tortilla with a diameter of 25 cm (About 60 grams)
100 gram Caesar lettuce
200 gram Chicken fillet (Weight before cooking, about 150 grams after)
For the marinade
1 teaspoon soy sauce
10 drops liquid sweetener
1 pinch salt
1 pinch monosodium glutamate
1 pinch Black pepper
Method
Check off steps while cooking so you keep the flow.
Place the chicken fillet in a bowl whole, without cutting.
Add the soy, sweetener, salt, monosodium glutamate and black pepper, and massage the fillet until it is coated on all sides.
Heat a pan on medium-high heat and sear the whole fillet for about four minutes on each side until it is golden and cooked.
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and only now cut it into small cubes.
Cut the Caesar lettuce into thin strips and transfer to a bowl.
Add the chopped chicken and Caesar dressing to the bowl and mix until everything is coated.
Spread the mixture in the center of the tortilla, fold the sides in and roll into a tight wrap.
Wrap in baking paper, cut diagonally in half and serve.
