150 gram Canned Light Corn (filtered weight)
75 gram milk
75 gram water
7.5 gram Cornstarch
1 slices yellow cheese 9% (About 25 grams)
7 drops Sucrazit sweetener
1 gram salt
Method
Check off steps while cooking so you keep the flow.
Strain the corn from the canning liquid and transfer to a blender or food processor.
Add the milk, water, cornstarch, the slice of yellow cheese, sugar and salt.
Grind until a smooth and uniform mixture, without grains.
Transfer the mixture to a pan or a small pot and cook over medium heat while stirring constantly.
Continue to cook for three to five minutes, until the mixture thickens to a creamy texture that remains on the spoon.
Transfer to a deep plate and serve hot, with sauteed mushrooms and chopped chives for those who want.
